Martin’s marriage has been on the rocks for years, and he’s being bullied at work. He seems trapped in his routine for moral reasons. Then Martin receives an offer: he’s been chosen to be represented by an avatar. He could free himself from his old life without a guilty conscience and start a completely new one. The only condition is that he must leave the country and have no further contact with his past. Luckily, there’s Gret, a young influencer whom Martin has been following for weeks. With her, it should be possible to start a new life. If not now, then when? Everyone longs for feelings, for authenticity. But amid all the hustle and bustle, AI chaos, and everyday stress, we lose sight of who we really are. A bittersweet comedy about relentless self-optimization and the potential loss of touch with reality.
