This evening, Özlem Bulut presents a personal solo program filled with stories from the past, present, and future. Through her own songs and selected pieces, she tells of her childhood, the realities of life for women and minorities in Turkey, as well as hope, memory, and inner strength.

The singer and composer hails from the Kurdish Alevi tradition of Anatolia. After studying opera singing in Istanbul, she continued her training in Vienna and launched her international artistic career from there.

In addition to her work in opera, she has created numerous projects of her own that span world music, jazz, and contemporary soundscapes. Özlem Bulut has performed on international stages with various ensembles and released several award-winning recordings.

In her solo program, she combines musical openness with personal storytelling, creating an intimate and intense concert experience.
