With “Líricas Latinoamericanas,” Patricia Moreno and Ignacio “Nacho” Giovanetti open up the colorful soundscape of Latin America—from poetic folklore and soulful boleros to bossa nova and the virtuosic rhythms of Brazilian chorinhos.

The Austrian-Venezuelan singer Patricia Moreno combines lyrical depth with a wide vocal range—from intimate ballads to free, improvised moments full of expressiveness. At her side, Uruguayan guitarist Ignacio Giovanetti weaves a finely nuanced interplay between classical, jazz, and Latin American styles.

“Líricas Latinoamericanas” is the live program from their current album “Volver,” released on The Audiophile Society, the sister label of the renowned New York jazz label Chesky Records.

Together, Patricia Moreno and Ignacio Giovanetti create a warm, richly colored soundscape that effortlessly moves between genres: acoustic, virtuosic, and full of musical narrative power—a journey that is as moving as it is inspiring.
