CHRISTOPH STEINBACH & HIS BOOGIE BOOSTERS

The exceptional Kitzbühel artist Christoph Steinbach with his top-notch bandmates Chris Kronreif, Gernot Haslauer, Peter Strutzenberger, and Philipp Kopmajer

Christoph Steinbach, an energetic pianist, has been performing at the biggest jazz and rock festivals for over 25 years. He’s on a first-name basis with many world-famous rock stars, including Eric Burdon, Mungo Jerry, the Spencer Davis Group, and, of course, many other icons of this musical genre. Together with his Boogie Boosters, Christoph presents a spectacular musical program. Their extensive repertoire ranges from groovy boogie-woogie to rock music and smooth swing.

NICOLLE ROCHELLE

Nicolle began taking singing and dance lessons at the age of seven and looks back on nearly twenty years as an actress, singer, and dancer in New York City, during which she collaborated with big names such as Ringo Starr, James Earl Jones, Hugh Jackman, Ashley Judd, and Liev Schreiber in various television, film, and musical productions before moving to Europe.

She currently lives in Paris, where she played the role of Josephine Baker and is working on her new album.

PETER KERN

Peter Kern is one of Austria’s most outstanding blues guitarists, having already collaborated with blues greats such as Louisiana Red and Big Jay McNeely. A multiple award winner, he is now one of the most sought-after musicians on the scene.

A concert with Peter Kern guarantees spontaneity, a joy of playing, and live music of the highest caliber. He tells stories that lead deep through the blues to a life-affirming feeling. His wide-ranging repertoire of classics reimagined in his own style and numerous original compositions spans from country blues and Chicago blues to gospel, soul, and rock ’n’ roll. With his unmistakable voice, charismatic stage presence, and a passion that captivates the audience, he thrills not only die-hard blues fans but everyone who appreciates authentic, live music.

Ever since he heard the album “Boogie Woogie Session ’76” at the tender age of 7, this piano music has been Daniel Ecklbauer’s lifeblood. With the most sensitive touch, finely nuanced dynamics, and excellent fingering, Daniel sweeps across the keys. A treat for all blues and boogie-woogie lovers!
