Info
Tream, whose real name is Timo Grabinger, was born on October 18, 1998 in Büchelkühn, Bavaria. He grew up in a hotel and initially trained as a chef before devoting himself entirely to music. He learned to play the guitar at an early age and started making music - to impress girls, according to him. His stage name "Tream" stands for "Timo's dream" and symbolizes his desire to become a musician.
Musically, Tream combines elements of rap, party hits and electronic dance music. He describes himself as "Germany's first pop rapper" and is known for his honest, often provocative lyrics about country life, partying, women and home. His trademark is a white and blue checked scarf, which underlines his connection to Bavaria.
His first releases from 2018 onwards were initially not a great commercial success. His breakthrough came in 2022 with the remix of his single "Lebenslang" by the DJ duo HBz. The song reached high chart positions and was awarded platinum. This was followed by further hits such as "Zelten auf Kies", "Liebe auf der Rückbank" and "Herz macht bamm", which were also successful in the German charts.
Tream produces most of his music himself and also uses well-known samples. His albums Büchelkühn and Irgendwie, irgendwann have cemented his place in the German music scene. With sold-out tours, TV appearances and collaborations - with Heino and Mia Julia, for example - he has built up a loyal fan base.
Tream stands for a new, humorous and honest approach to music, combining traditional Schlager with modern rap.
