The core of the Austrian band is formed by comedian and actor Christoph Seiler and filmmaker Bernhard Speer, who together as "Seiler und Speer" have been an integral part of the Austrian music scene since 2014.
Musically anchored in the pop/rock genre, the songs in Viennese dialect are the duo's trademark. The true-to-life lyrics full of humour caricature various everyday situations in which listeners can easily recognize themselves.
The single "Ham kummst" stayed at number one in the Ö3 Austria Top 40 for five weeks, entered the German charts and helped the duo win the Songwriter of the Year and Song of the Year awards at the Amadeus Austrian Music Awards in 2016.
