FLAMMeS

FLAMMeS is a post-jazz improv band with a wide stylistic range, where only the name is new. Having grown out of similar predecessor groups such as T09 or CBDM, the addition of Franz Koglmann has significantly intensified the band's spectrum on the jazz level without restricting the stylistic diversity of the basic formation. The performances follow the "Session & Listening" principle, which allows for a fresh re-listening of the sessions.

Coming from the fields of jazz, rock, classical, pop and contemporary, we listen to each other, respond to each other and free ourselves together from fixed forms. "Daydreaming and dancing flames of euphoria into the nights of this world" is how one prominent listener described it. You'll see!
