BIGGABAND - the collective around mastermind Christoph Cech is probably Austria's most exciting amateur big band. Stylistically, Cech's pieces touch on many musical biotopes without losing sight of their creator's unconventional poetic aspirations. This results in a very personal musical language that is transferred to the players of the ensemble. Here, music is played intensively and with enthusiasm, new paths are explored with interest and the collective spirit that makes a good big band prevails. And there is no shortage of humor.
