Inspired by the ancient poetry of south-eastern Europe, Nataša Mirković and Pippo Corvino create music that wanders between centuries - from Sephardic ballads to songs from Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Macedonia. With voice and guitar, they weave tradition and the present into a sound language that is simple, deep and quietly magical.

Mirković, singer, actress and sound researcher, combines classical music, folk music, jazz and improvisation to create an unmistakable expressiveness. Corvino, guitarist and composer between jazz, rock and folk, lends the songs a subtle, often unexpected harmonic breadth. Together they create a touching, poetic world of sound - intimate, timeless and full of quiet intensity. A concert that doesn't have to be loud to resonate for a long time.
