ROOTS AND ECHOES - sound as color, poetry as movement
One evening, two worlds of sound - and a shared space in which music becomes a polyphonic narrative. The Emila Miran Trio and Bojanka share the stage of the Sargfabrik and allow sound and language to flow into one another: sometimes as delicate as a shadow, sometimes as luminous as a new line in an open sketchbook.
Emila Miran combines Persian poetry with contemporary sounds. Her compositions grow out of her own poems, which have accompanied her since childhood - intimate soundscapes between dream and waking state, between silence, movement and subtle light.
Bojanka, the project of singer Vanja Toscano, creates musical images full of memory, hope and transformation. Tradition and modernity intertwine, her songs become colorful lines that condense layer by layer.
At the end, the two ensembles open a boundless musical "coloring book" together: improvised, curious, open to everything that arises in the moment. Two voices, two languages, one encounter - and an evening that transforms sound into color.
