Douglas Linton & The PlanBs are a force of nature between soul, folk and blues - a band that transforms every concert into a rousing celebration. Led by the Vienna-based Texan Douglas Linton, a "brilliant songwriter" and "secret cultural ambassador of the USA" (Kurier), they unfold songs full of depth, groove and narrative power.

Linton remains true to the great American song tradition - with roots in folk, soul and blues - and fills them with lively storytelling and an unmistakable sense of rhythm. The PlanBs provide the foundation: powerful, subtle and full of joy in playing, with harmonies that make you fly and a beat that is guaranteed not to let anyone stand still.

As every year, they bring a special guest to the Sargfabrik stage: Inga Lynch, the siren of Lake Traun - with voice, charisma and a flair for goosebump moments.
