Free Print@Home

With FREE print@home you are able to print your ticket immediately after booking until shortly before the event. You are not bound to any delivery and deposit. Further more, you save shipping cost, since Wien Ticket does not charge any fee for this service!

You will find your print@home tickets as attachment of your booking confirmation.

Please make sure to print ALL print@home Tickets and bring them to the event!

The printed print@home tickets are your original tickets!

You will also find your print@home tickets (duplicates) after login to "My TICKET.AT" in the section "View shopping data/ FREE print@home".

How does FREE print@home work?

After successful payment a FREE print@home button will be displayed that enables downloading and printing the PDF ticket.

You also have access to your FREE print@home ticket in your personal login area MY Wien Ticket in the section "View shopping data/ FREE print@home" at any time and from anywhere.

The ticket is electronically detected during admission and is valid only once! It is therefore important to keep the FREE print@home ticket save. Do not share your ticket nor the link! In case of multiple copies of one ticket, only the first ticket will pass the access control.

In order to print the ticket you need to have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Make sure to have at least version 5.0. Your ticket can be printed on paper format A4 on any standard laser or inkjet printer with a clean typeface in color or b/w. If you do not have the program "Acrobat Reader" you can download it here for free.

Safety first!

The FREE print@home ticket is as safe as a conventional ticket. Tickets will be recorded individually by the access control system at the entrance to the event. With a FREE print@home ticket only one person can enter the venue. It is therefore important to keep the FREE print@home ticket as well as the link to the ticket save. In the case of copies or multiple prints only the first person will go through the access control. The purchaser is liable for that no multiple prints or copies are made.
